Sound therapy
Enjoy moving at your own pace from the cedar sauna (FIRE) to the natural creek-fed swimming pond (WATER) for detoxification, purification and cleansing fire-water ritual, then find deep release and surrender at a crystal and gemstone moss bed (EARTH) as you sink deep into Mother Earth's embrace under a canopy of cedar and pine trees, allowing you entire body to relax and breathe (AIR). Incorporate sound bath in the forest, or barefoot grounding with chakra and spinal alignment, then meet us for frequency healing and sound therapy (AETHER) in the Stillness Chapel where you will receive our 2.5 hour Body + Sound Massage immersion to end.
