Shekinah and Robert are two beautiful and gifted souls who will guide you along your spiritual journey. They tailored the retreat to my needs at the time with yoga, Odissi dance, meditation, journaling, cooking sessions, shamanic healing and Ayurvedic massages. Kaslo’s mountains have that « je ne sais quoi » grounding energy. I treated myself to luscious forest walks and peaceful breaks on the shores of Kootenay Lake. I cannot say enough about the oasis of mindfulness, spiritual guidance, love and grounding liveliness Shekinah and Robert have created there!
