This location, cabin and property are an absolute sanctuary! We were able to completely relax, unplug and soak in some much needed healing from the mountains, forest, gardens, natural pool and sauna!! Though it is remote there is access to absolutely everything you might need in beautiful little Kaslo 5-mins away & if the spring-fed cold-plunge pool is too glacier fresh for your liking, you can drive 10 minutes in either direction to find pristine driftwood beaches and play in Kootenay Lake! Shekinah and her partner were supportive and attentive, they helped get the sauna warmed up and start us a fire in the evening, made sure we had everything we needed - but kept respectful distance so that we could enjoy the peaceful privacy of their little cabin. The cabin itself is a dream, next to a magical garden, musical creek - and guarded by forest fairies. Wildflowers, dragonflies and mountain peaks as far as the eye can see. We will definitely be back, and bringing family and friends too!
